The best in show of our ovenware: this dish sells best and cooks most. It does the lasagna job perfectly but also inspires one to more elaborate culinary heights. We spent a long time perfecting this stoneware range, but are delighted at how easy to clean and fun to use it has turned out to be.
Ordered this on line as a Christmas pressie for my bestie who I know will be delighted!
I was disappointed in the first dish I got...the sides were warped, not straight! When I complained another dish arrived in the post which was Perfect! Thank you so much! I couldn't have given the first one as a gift..it looked like a 'seconds!

Nicholas Mosse Pottery was established by Nicholas Mosse in 1976 after periods of training in England and Japan. His mission was to produce beautiful, functional pottery in the style of Irish Spongeware. Irish spongeware was the traditional pottery of Ireland used in the 18th Century. It was mainly made in simple honest shapes with a decoration applied with a cut sponge.
