Our Large Mugs are among the most popular of our kitchen pottery, no doubt due to their classic design and endless uses. Use them to brighten up your morning with a frothy cappuccino or to serve hot tea to delighted guests; the choice is up to you!

Each mug is handcrafted using the finest techniques to produce consistently high-quality pottery pieces, perfect for everyday use or saving for special occasions.

The Clematis Pattern is an intricately detailed floral pattern, and each piece is carefully hand-painted at our Irish Pottery to ensure the highest quality of finish.

To keep it as beautiful and pristine as possible, we recommend that you follow the following advice:

• Avoid rough handling and sudden changes in temperature as this may cause the appearance of fine lines on the surface known as crazing. Crazing does NOT affect the life or the usefulness of the pottery, and some people feel this adds to the character and appeal of the pottery. It is nothing to worry about.

• Our pottery is dishwasher safe; please stack it carefully to avoid knocking.

• Our pottery is microwave safe but continuous use should be avoided.

• Stubborn stains may be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution.

• For our ovenware pottery (and also our tabletop ware), avoid metal scourers or harsh abrasives.

• Only use our special Nicholas Mosse Ovenware in your oven, avoid direct heat and do not use on a hob or near a naked flame.

All Nicholas Mosse products are well packed in ecologically friendly, recycled packing. Insurance is included in the shipping charge. A gift card can be enclosed with gift wrapped purchases if you wish.
