Made in Bennettsbridge

We know we are privileged to live and work in a place as beautiful and natural as Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny. Steeped in history, the old Mosse family mill remains the heart of Nicholas Mosse today.

Founded by Nick and Susan Mosse in 1976, the pottery has grown from a small beginning on family land into a much-loved Irish brand, yet each piece is still made by hand in the same spirit of care. Every piece passes through a 20-step handmade process, shaped by skilled hands and decorated in patterns inspired by Irish life, nature and the beauty of everyday ritual.

A visit to the mill brings that story to life in a way that online shopping never quite can.
