I love how fast your products arrive and how easy it is to order them online. I have now bought three bowls for wedding presents from your site. It's a pit the green large bowl has gone up in price, but I suppose so has every thing! We have it ourselves and it is the loveliest

This bowl was sent to India via my daughter who was travelling to visit her boyfriend’s parents. It was greatly received and admired. We have started their collection as previous bought a vase last year too. It is so wonderfully to be able to give truly Irish gifts which are impeccable, beautiful yet functional! Now to build up my collection!

I bought the bowl as a special present. It was lovely to visit my friend in the US and actually see it on her countertop, she loves it. I might need to treat myself as it really is gorgeous.

Love the large bowl. However, I was disappointed with the Nicholas Mosse engraving on the base, its barely visible. Otherwise love the pattern and bowl.

I have used it once since I got it a week ago for a Greek salad to go with a BBQ. The bowl is a great size. I must say, your products are all very tactile and I love that along with the patterns. I have a mixture of those and they look great together. Keep up the good work. Sincerely Kathleen

How this product is made

Every piece of Nicholas Mosse undergoes a 20-step, handmade process.

Basic Forming

Clay comes from the ground and we mix different sorts of clays to create our own, high quality earthenware. We dig, blunge, sieve, filter and pug the clay to form extruded logs of wet clay, which are then cut into the exact size and weight for each item. The thrower takes this lump and centers and forms it on an electric potter’s wheel.
