Arrived quickly, very well packed. Love the straight up and down shape of the mug, nice and sturdy less likely to knock it over. Great that the decoration goes all the way round especially that I am left handed. So many mugs only have decoration on one side suitable for right handed people. Also great having no ridges on the inside, much easier to clean. I first brought one of your mugs on a holiday to Ireland. Delighted that I can buy more online.

I have been buying Nicholas Mosse pottery for years. I used to go to Libertys in Regent Street and buy a little mug whenever I was in London. I still have them - they have lasted years and years. I have recently started buying pottery again and love the Clematis pattern - I am too old to go to London any more but am able to buy online - beautifully packed and none damaged. I purchased my first Nicholas Moses pottery years ago in New Brunswick. I still have one of the pieces - a mug in the tulip pattern. My husband I toured Ireland in 2008 and I added to my collection and also purchased a piece for each of my daughters. My eldest daughter visited Ireland a couple of years ago and brought home two mugs as a gift for me. Unfortunately I broke one - hence my recent purchase. I have not told her and don’t plan to. I am now widowed and am moving to a retirement home. My pottery will be moving in with her. We are of Irish heritage and I’m pleased that all three of our children have visited Ireland as well. ☘️

The customer service from Nicholas Mosse is always excellent. My pottery comes packaged so incredibly well from Ireland to the US, that I've never had a problem! The hardest part is unwrapping all those secure layers.

I chose the Wild Flower pattern particularly for its bright red. However, the mug I received wasn’t bright red at all, more a magenta, a completely different shade to that advertised, and the overall effect was dull and not fresh and bright at all. I couldn’t fault the quality of the mug and the application of the design. I sent it back.

The only thing I could imagine being better is having more patterns. I have one of each pattern and my friends and family never get confused to who’s is who’s. I like the large mug it’s no too big so the coffee gets cold and it’s perfect for hot chocolate.

One of nine I purchased for my husband for his birthday celebration. He opened one mug each day, leading to his birthday. This was the first one he opened and it was such a delightful surprise. I didn't remember picking it out, but my neighbor grows a large clematis that blooms big every late spring. It reminds me of his garden and the work he does to his place every year. Lovely mug, lovely design.
