We ship by post and by courier depending on the destination. To be safe, we must ask that you provide the best delivery address and phone number for daytime (working hours) delivery, as the parcel will need a signature on receipt. Post Office Boxes cannot be shipped to.
All Nicholas Mosse products are well packed in ecologically friendly, recycled packing. Insurance is included in the shipping charge. A gift card can be enclosed with gift wrapped purchases if you wish.
All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any
applicable Irish VAT.
This means that the total price you pay for the Product
is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on our
sale of the Product.
Where you have requested delivery to Republic of Ireland
or EU address, the price paid for the Product will include Irish VAT where
applicable.
Where you are not an Irish resident and you have requested delivery
to a non-EU address, the Products will normally be zero-rated and not subject
to Irish VAT, but the price paid by you for the Products will remain the same
as shown on the Website
If you change your mind for any reason please contact us within 3 days of having received your order. E-mail us at eshop@nicholasmosse.com.
You can mail it back to us in the original packaging at your expense for an alternative purchase or a refund. We are sorry but we cannot refund the original shipping charges.
In the rare event of an item arriving broken or where there are incorrect items or items missing from your order, please contact us immediately either by e-mail, eshop@nicholasmosse.com or call 353 56 7727505 and we shall help you immediately.
If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage. The easiest way is to email a digital picture or post it to Customer Services NMP, The Mill, Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland.
You must notify us within 2 working days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.
We insist that 'seconds' quality items can only be personally selected in our shop and we never sell seconds to other outlets or by online, phone or mail order. For retired patterns which have been discontinued, it might be worth emailing or calling us at the shop as we often have remaindered stock, and we would be happy to help you. We try our hardest to ALWAYS have stock of every item we currently make, but occasionally we do run short of certain goods. We will advise you as soon as possible about this and will ask whether you wish to cancel or keep the order on hold. If you cancel the entire order, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel the out of stock item only, we will refund the cost of that item and any reduction in the shipping charge.
Yes we do. We have tours on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for a minimum of 10 people. Cost is 5 euro per person. If you'd like a tour for less than people you need to pay the full 100 euro amount. To book a tour, you must email tours@nicholasmosse.com ahead of time or ring 056-77727505.
