I sent this mug as a thank you gift to a gentleman in Germany! It was easy to place the order and the delivery was efficient and on time! A pleasure as always to deal with Nicholas Moss!! It is such a pleasure to support premium Irish products!

I absolutely ADORE Nicholas Mosse pottery! I purchased my first mug when I visited Ireland five years ago at Kilkenny Design in downtown Kilkenny. When my mom and I returned to Ireland for a vacation this past October, I excitedly took her to Kilkenny Design to purchase another mug. Unfortunately, Kilkenny Design didn’t have the shamrock mug I wanted, but I purchased the beautiful fuchsia mug. One of the retail ladies at Kilkenny Design mentioned the sheep mug, but we couldn’t find it any stores, and we had no idea we just minutes away from the Nicholas Mosse retail store. I purchased this mug for my mom for Christmas, and it arrived safely packaged and very quickly (it took about a week to ship to Texas)! I’m excited to enjoy this mug for many years to come!

Love my sheep mugs. Having my morning tea is a celebration of collies, sheep and Ireland. Love the design and feel of the pieces.

Beautiful mug … love drinking my coffee out of it!
NANCY S.
Very speedy processing and delivery!! Thank you!! Very sweet mug! I bought one in Northern Ireland 15 years ago just like it- it’s almost the same- not quite- but I love it!
Berit Q.
Ever since I bought it, it has been my regular morning coffee mug. A cozy start of the day.

Love the farm mugs plates and jugs
Older ones have the thin lip that is so good when sipping early morning coffee. I do not like the new pattern for farm mugs and wish the farm house was still available in old large mug pattern.

These mugs are perfect for hot drinks. The handle stays cool. The cup never slips out of my husband's hand! He is 93 years old. We bought our first ones many years ago and were thrilled to look up the web site and order them so easily.

This mug is gorgeous and is for my brother in law in Ireland, who has just got a flock of sheep.
A star is lost as I have bought so much of NM pottery this year as I love it, but I have been sent seconds on a good few occassions. They have sent me new pieces since but maybe they are so busy that these pieces are slipping through the net...
I have juat purchased a large bowl in the 20% off sale online and really hoping this isn't a seconds sale as that wasn't stated...
Otherwise ...their product is amazing and their designs are stunning...

We have been collecting NM pottery since our first trip to Ireland in 1995. The patterns are contemporary but reference hand thrown pottery of Ireland's past.
Especially like Sheep pattern here on our sheep farm in Vermont.

They are lovely mugs , I have admired them at Cowslip Quilters in Cornwall. Wish I could have it all
Valerie M.
I love all of the items that I purchased. I had seen them in Ireland a year ago and decided to treat myself to a few pieces for my Birthday.
Tomas P.
Lovely mug, will remind us of Irish countryside if we ever move out.
Antonella M.
beautiful mug, very happy with it.

Since my trip to Ireland was canceled this year I wanted to bring a little bit of Ireland here to cheer me up. The landscape mugs do the trick each morning. I rotate the animals so they each get a bit of love ( and less wear). . I was so impressed with the speed of shipping and the care of the packing.

This cup arrived to our home in Paris perfectly wrapped and ready to comfort us in our long afternoons during this Covid times. Thank you !!

Sorry I don't have a photo! This is the third sheep mug of yours that I have had. The other two got broken and I like it so much, I always have to replace it, so it's my third over a 10 year period. It looks great and is very unusual. No one else gets to use it! Long may you keep making them. I bought a spare this time, so if the unthinkable happens... I won't have to wait to get another.
Siobhan D.
Absolutely gorgeous would like to see more in the farming range
Róisín D.
Beautiful mug. Every piece I’ve received are of superb quality.

I have 4 of these as my special mugs when we are selling sheep. With them I have the bowl for sugar and the milk jug. Always commented on.

Counting Sheepies has become my delightful hobby. So happy to include this mug in my ever growing, multi-patterned mug family.
Peggy N.
My daughter got married in Ireland in 1992. My sister bought the mug I got recently from you, but it was eventually broken. I've been looking for it for her for years. Finally it came up on Facebook! Thanks for having one for her! She's so happy to have one again. . .
Penny J.
I bought these as a gift. I have used the sheep mugs myself for years. I love the weight, the proportions, the handle, but above all the sheep image.
Anne Marie B.
The quality of these mugs is excellent. They fit in with my primitive decor so well. I enjoy choosing which one I will start my day with. Keep up the good work.

Morning coffee was never more enjoyable.

Just HAD to get this one for my baby bro, especially to comemorate his 1st trip to Ireland and our stay on a sheep farm in Carnew. I’m totally addicted to the expertise & skill of Nicholas Mosse’s crafters. Greatest pottery in the world
Siobhan G.
Bought it as a secret Santa present for colleague...loves it

My sister has made two trips to Ireland in the last three years--we hope for one more....the black-faced sheep and especially baby lambs endeared her--and this purchase she'll open Christmas with two of the four daughters with her. Also among her favorites ( clematis and the reindeer)---we have a mug and luncheon plate for each--and her grandchildren coming over can choose what they want when they
have a meal . KNOw she will be surprised and able to use this any day she likes. And think she is back in Ireland ( we drive country roads, and are "home.") She wondered last visit to N.M. if there every was a
grouping of baby lambs of different sheep strains--even including the babes of those Scottish sheep, with the ample hair blowing in the wind when full grown.
Jane C.
I bought eight of these for my mother in law (who raises sheep in Mayo) and gave them to her in lambing season. She was thrilled with the addition to her flock.
Don E.
It was really a replacement for one I had bought in Barkers some time ago.
Mary Jane S.
I love it! I love my sheep mug (because sheep remind me of my visits to Ireland) and I love your pottery (same reason). You can’t go to Ireland and not bring home something Mosse. I love the sweet, simple artwork and the mugs are substantial yet beautiful. We are planning a trip back in two years, to celebrate my daughter’s 50th. Praying I make it because it would be a dream come true.
Mary C.
Both my daughter and I love your patterns and your pottery. We now have ten items in the Landscape pattern and hope to continue collecting them. They make great gifts as well. Your packaging for shipment to the US is superb.
Cathy H.
Love all these animal mugs and bought this as a replacement as someone had dropped mine. Everyone loves them.

Dear collegue potters,
I am a potter working for Heinen Delftware in Holland. I ordered a new mug since mine broke. That old one was really perfect. The new one was delivered in time but unfortunally it is not a quite a cilinder shape. The opening is wider than the bottem. Furthermore, the picture of the sheep is placed too close to the ear of the mug. As a professional I am mostly dissapointed in the shape. Glaze is great though!
Wishing you a great 2018!
Madeleine Vink

After 2trips to Ireland, I am collecting your pottery. I love it.

My brother, Malcolm, used one of the cups (in the Fuschia pattern) and he called to tell me how much he loved the cup's feel in his hand. He said his hands are getting stiff in his old age and the size, weight and shape of the handle was perfect for him. He said the coffee tasted delicious in it this morning while sipping it outside on the deck of our Cape Cod cottage. He honestly raved about it. He thought at first there were little red birds in the pattern. Therefore, I'm going to set him a couple of his own.
