Shallow Dish

Our Shallow Dish is one of our favourite pottery serving dishes, no doubt because of its wide range of uses. Use it to serve a main course at an exclusive dinner party or to present a plate of decadent desserts to your loved ones; the choices are endless!

As Irish pottery makers, we lovingly hand paint each piece and so the Lawn Red Pattern is carefully finished by hand. This ensures the floral design has the highest quality finish and that every piece in your collection is unique!

37cm dia x 5cm h (14.5" dia x 1.9" h)

To keep it as beautiful and pristine as possible, we recommend that you follow the following advice:

• Avoid rough handling and sudden changes in temperature as this may cause the appearance of fine lines on the surface known as crazing. Crazing does NOT affect the life or the usefulness of the pottery, and some people feel this adds to the character and appeal of the pottery. It is nothing to worry about.

• Our pottery is dishwasher safe; please stack it carefully to avoid knocking.

• Our pottery is microwave safe but continuous use should be avoided.

• Stubborn stains may be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution.

• For our ovenware pottery (and also our tabletop ware), avoid metal scourers or harsh abrasives.

• Only use our special Nicholas Mosse Ovenware in your oven, avoid direct heat and do not use on a hob or near a naked flame.

All Nicholas Mosse products are well packed in ecologically friendly, recycled packing. Insurance is included in the shipping charge. A gift card can be enclosed with gift wrapped purchases if you wish.
