Product Questions

We ship with UPS to USA and Canada and some Euro Countries. All shipments to Ireland, Northern Ireland and EU are sent by Local Couriers.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly eshop@nicholasmosse.com and we’ll take you through the process.

At the moment this is something that we are unable to do, however we will keep you updated.

Registry Questions

A Gift Registry continues until the date of your event (or finishing date). If you feel your friends & family need more time to decide you can extend your registry by changing your finishing date.

No it is not possible to hold your items, so it depends on availability, therefore we advise you to keep your registry updated to ensure there is always a good selection. As items are being restocked on an ongoing basis, there is no need to delete the out of stock item. We are always on hand to check the availability of these items for you or your guest.

Once you share your registry link with family and friends they will be able to view your registry and order the item through it; when they purchase your gift it will automatically be reduced on your registry.

It is a good idea to take time to go through our website and decide what you love and what you need. Most people decide on a pattern first, then pick shapes and finally quantities of each piece. Make sure there are plenty of options for different budgets.

It is a good idea to set up your gift registry as early as possible before the event as this gives you time to decide on what to choose and also takes into account any pre-events (Bridal showers etc.) .
