Returns or exchanges

If you change your mind for any reason please contact us within 3 days of having received your order. E-mail us

You can mail it back to us in the original packaging at your expense for an alternative or a refund. We are sorry but we cannot refund the original shipping charge.

Breakages and discrepancies

In the rare event of an item arriving broken or where there are incorrect items or items missing from your order, please contact us immediately either by e-mail or call 353 56 7727505 and we will help you immediately.

If something is broken we will request a photograph of the damage. The easiest way is to e-mail a digital picture or post it to: Customer Services NMP, The Mill, Bennettsbridge, Kilkenny

You must notify us within 2 days of having received a damaged or incorrect order.

Taxes and duties

All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the Product is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on our sale of the Product.

Where you have requested delivery to Republic of Ireland or EU address, the price paid for the Product will include Irish VAT where applicable.

Where you are not an Irish resident and you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, the Products will normally be zero-rated and not subject to Irish VAT, but the price paid by you for the Products will remain the same as shown on the Website

In certain countries further charges for customs and duties may be added at the time of delivery: this is on a country by country, individual basis and will be charged by your local Customs office.
