To keep it as beautiful and pristine as possible, we recommend that you follow the following advice:
• Avoid rough handling and sudden changes in temperature as this may cause the appearance of fine lines on the surface known as crazing. Crazing does NOT affect the life or the usefulness of the pottery, and some people feel this adds to the character and appeal of the pottery. It is nothing to worry about.
• Our pottery is dishwasher safe; please stack it carefully to avoid knocking.
• Our pottery is microwave safe but continuous use should be avoided.
• Stubborn stains may be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution.
• For our ovenware pottery (and also our tabletop ware), avoid metal scourers or harsh abrasives.
• Only use our special Nicholas Mosse Ovenware in your oven, avoid direct heat and do not use on a hob or near a naked flame.
All Nicholas Mosse products are well packed in ecologically friendly, recycled packing. Insurance is included in the shipping charge.

Old rose has been my favourite pattern for a few years so buying each piece is like winning a lottery. The teapot is quite light and even more beauitful in real than in the pic.

I love my old rose teapot, the handle is so comfortable to hold and the teapot pours really well. The only comment I would make is that the lid knob is a bit small, making it a bit fiddly and hard to grip; I'm afraid I'm going to drop it!
It’s pretty, and functional and I just love it.
My wife and I first became aware of Mosse pottery in 1996 on our trip to Ireland when we bought two large old rose mugs in a shop in Doolin County Clare . We have been well pleased with them over the years . This Year we decided to share our enjoyment of Mosse pottery giving Christmas gifts of old rose teapots and mugs with our family .

Love the tea pot but a tad small for farmhouse use.please consider making a bigger one for every day use.but its lovely.just means iv to fill it twice.

Lovely tea pot and excellent (!) customer service. They phoned me in Spain to ask if it was a present and would I like them to write a card. It was and they did and it was very well received ....

The teapot is beautiful, but a little smaller than I expected. I ordered mugs to go with it, but I think tea cups would be more in proportion to its size. Great job on the shipping....well wrapped and protected. Thank you.
