It is a pleasure to hold a Nicholas Moss mug in one's hands. It is the artisan, handmade quality of each mug that is so appealing and it is the feeling that it has been made with such skill and care. I am positive my tea tastes better in a Nicholas Moss mug.
My husband likes this mug too and responds happily to the vibrant colours. Tea for two on Valentine's Day has never been so good!

Hi, I absolutely love your pottery for as long as I can remember. But for the last few years I’m very disappointed with the amount of new shapes and patterns. I love the new jug but one new piece? You can tell me there’s new pieces in lawn but I do t agree, the shapes were already there as was the design. It used be so exciting in the spring looking forward to everything new, but not any more. You say your a small company looking for ideas, for years I’ve been asking to bring back huge big lamps and to make more pieces to order like your large urn a few years ago. Remember the old patterns like the lemon tree and the birdcage, georgian bouquet etc. They were fabulous, more designs like these please. I’m a huge collector of your pottery and have everything you’ve made for the last 40 years and enjoy nothing more than a trip to Bennetsbridge. So please please more new designs and shapes.

Every year, I purchase at least one of the special Valentine's Day mugs for my daughter, and this year's mug might be my favorite. I am so glad I purchased a pair! The design and colors are beautiful, and the quality is excellent. I purchased it directly from the Kilkenny shop, and transport to the U.S. was fast, with the most amazing packaging. Beautiful Valentine's mug this year. I buy one for my husband each February. I love how vibrant and durable Nicholas Mosse ware is, we have lots of pieces, and it's a daily pleasure to use them.

I have been a big fan since I first laid eyes on the pottery, 1981, in the Kilkenny Design shop in Dublin (when I couldn't afford it). I thought it was stunning, so much nicer than all of the drippy-glaze pieces that crowded shelves everywhere. I have been slowly collecting pieces since then. I love the florals, the fruits and veggies but have also found some of the original blue dove designs. I use it daily, it is not simply for show. I love its traditional nature, its timelessness. I am pleased to have a wide assortment of shapes. I give pieces as gifts these days because, not only do my family/friends like it, the pottery will always remind them of me.

A lovely mug which fits in perfectly with other Nicholas Mosse pottery. What I particularly like about it is that it is not obviously a Valentines mug. You'd need to be in the mood to identify it as that. I would absolutely love it if I hadn't already given my heart to last years Valentine mug. But I really like it a lot.

As always, I love all of the designs that N M shows. I actually prefer "seconds" as I enjoy looking for the flaws, and can seldom find them. These mugs are perfect for my taste and I enjoy my morning "cuppa" even more in a N M mug!
