Large Mug

Who doesn’t love stars and candy canes and trees and all special seasonal delights?

We’ve designed our new, 2023 Xmas mug to combine many of our favorite motifs and using our best  wintry colours.  This mug is our standard Large Mug shape; it holds 8 to 9 ounces and should match up nicely with many of our earlier Christmas designs.  As with all our handmade pottery, its high quality clay body is our unique strong earthenware and the vibrant colours are there to last forever.

This mug had a matching plate which came on its own and as a combo set.

To keep it as beautiful and pristine as possible, we recommend that you follow the following advice:

• Avoid rough handling and sudden changes in temperature as this may cause the appearance of fine lines on the surface known as crazing. Crazing does NOT affect the life or the usefulness of the pottery, and some people feel this adds to the character and appeal of the pottery. It is nothing to worry about.

• Our pottery is dishwasher safe; please stack it carefully to avoid knocking.

• Our pottery is microwave safe but continuous use should be avoided.

• Stubborn stains may be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution.

• For our ovenware pottery (and also our tabletop ware), avoid metal scourers or harsh abrasives.

• Only use our special Nicholas Mosse Ovenware in your oven, avoid direct heat and do not use on a hob or near a naked flame.

All Nicholas Mosse products are well packed in ecologically friendly, recycled packing. Insurance is included in the shipping charge. A gift card can be enclosed with gift wrapped purchases if you wish.
