To keep it as beautiful and pristine as possible, we recommend that you follow the following advice:
• Avoid rough handling and sudden changes in temperature as this may cause the appearance of fine lines on the surface known as crazing. Crazing does NOT affect the life or the usefulness of the pottery, and some people feel this adds to the character and appeal of the pottery. It is nothing to worry about.
• Our pottery is dishwasher safe; please stack it carefully to avoid knocking.
• Our pottery is microwave safe but continuous use should be avoided.
• Stubborn stains may be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution.
• For our ovenware pottery (and also our tabletop ware), avoid metal scourers or harsh abrasives.
• Only use our special Nicholas Mosse Ovenware in your oven, avoid direct heat and do not use on a hob or near a naked flame.
All Nicholas Mosse products are well packed in ecologically friendly, recycled packing. Insurance is included in the shipping charge.

I bought 4 'little' bowls - 2 different prints and I ADORE them! I've collected NM pottery for over 20 years and I'm happy to say that the quality of these little bowls is as consistent as a few mugs I bought 11 years ago!! Some pieces are a bit thicker than others but it's always been that way ... so I'm okay with that. Thank Nicholas Mosse for 'not changing' a GOOD thing! Happily, Pamela Sweet ps: Will you ever bring back the "Pear" print (one of my favorites)?
I was slightly disappointed in this bowl, compared to the 7 other small bowls I have of different designs. It seems slightly smaller and I would have liked a little bit of design inside, at least on the bottom, like the others.
