We can’t resist using these under our small mugs most of the time, but these little plates also look the part for presenting treats such as petites fours, chocolates, little cupcakes, and other delights. Some people use them for spoon rests, so there’s no end to their usability

Customer photo review of Tiny Plate Fuchsia

I love my little plates. They can be used as appetizers. Sometimes I use them as a sausecers both with small and big mugs. Just stunning :-)

Tiny Plate Fuchsia

Nice small plate, ideal addition - to serve small things like olives. I love this pattern, reminds me of my holidays in Ireland.

I love my tiny plates. I use them to leave my spoon on when having a cup of tea (out of a Nicholas Mosse mug of course!) I've often thought if they were a little bigger you could use them as a saucer? I like to use a cotton tablecloth and these really help to preserve it from teastains. Whatever you use them for I just think they're so pretty ❤

Excellent Service as usual

Tiny Plate Fuchsia

I simply adore the Fuschia pottery and was hoping to get some coasters! I think they would be a best seller!!! However as you don’t make them I thought the small plate might do!! Unfortunately not!.. so it’s lovely but useless!!😢

Tiny Plate Fuchsia

Lovely plate, but just a little larger, would be perfect for a saucer to rest a teaspoon!!

How this product is made

Every piece of Nicholas Mosse undergoes a 20-step, handmade process.

Basic Forming

Clay comes from the ground and we mix different sorts of clays to create our own, high quality earthenware. We dig, blunge, sieve, filter and pug the clay to form extruded logs of wet clay, which are then cut into the exact size and weight for each item. The thrower takes this lump and centers and forms it on an electric potter’s wheel.
